Tough Times Demand Bold Marketing Moves

Stay with me on this one; its very important to your success I was having a conversation this week with someone on the inside at a major real estate development we have been trying to get as a partner, for years. The problem it seems is that the developer feels I am too bold and that my aggressive approach to generating leads and sales makes him uncomfortable. So instead of partnering with us, he has a ten-year history of hiring inept and expensive ad agencies to produce image stuff that has FAILED MISERABLY in selling his homes or memberships, despite a course and development that is easily among the worlds best! Quick Quiz:Name a timed general: Napoleon, Creaser, Rommel, Patton, Lee, McAuther, Attila the Hun, not easy is it?How about a timed football coach: Lombardi, Ditka, Gruden, The Big Tuna? Or, a timed and well-known CEO/sales person EasyAzon : Herb Keller, Richard Branson, Donald Trump, Jack Welch? No, I cant think of any of those either. The fact of the matter is GOOD sales and marketing people are by nature not the humble, quiet accounting types. SORRY! If they are, their work probably sucks! Whats more in TOUGH TIMES, the more outrageous, bold, and different your marketing is, the more effective it will be! I dont care if you are selling green fees, lessons, resort packages, memberships or real estate. The more (within some parameters of where you are positioned in the market) outrageous your marketing approach and the more irresistible your offer, the more effective you will be in cutting through the drudgery of your competitors. How To Leverage Niche Marketing To More Profits

Niche marketing has been a powerful force and tool that has enabled so many people to succeed. It is true, and niche marketing requires that you approach business from new angles. Here are three niche marketing strategies that you can put to work for you, today. One approach we do not see mentioned very much is dividing your marketing so it addresses different groups, individually. The idea here is not about changing the product or adding/subtracting anything from it. But it’s more about positioning the same product in a different market and making sales. You may be surprised at how effective and doable this has been across the board. You can see many examples of this, and yes sometimes the root product has been modified, but it does not always have to be changed in order to web design work. You will need to carefully look at many products and think about them in a new way. You will be using as much leverage as possible, but it can be very lucrative if you develop something with this approach. Also, do not forget about the backend, and when you use this approach your whole backend marketing will take on new dimensions. You can use keyword research to get ideas about niche markets, but there are better ways to go about doing it. If you are totally new to this process, then we advise you to use Google’s search engine due to the sheer volumes of people who do use it. You can discover so much at Google that you would be insane to skip over it. You will be on a level playing field using Google because it is essentially the same information used by the big guns.
